As CIO, Aniello has actively planned and led the strategic implementation of information technologies including networking and telecommunications systems. Primarily focused on the integration of multiple legacy health record and financial systems into one comprehensive solution, Aniello is currently engaged in deploying new technology and intelligence to facilitate efficient processes and critical data analytics.
Previous positions held by Aniello since his 2006 tenure at Maxwell Group, Inc. include Director of Finance (FL) and Vice President of Operations (FL, GA, SC, NC).

Senior Operational Analyst
Matt serves as a bridge between the Operational and Financial Departments developing solutions that improve processes and reporting. He supports virtually all areas of management including Sales, Human Resources, Development, and most recently the Dining Services Department where he developed budgeting tools that have led to a 25% savings in raw food costs. His prior experience is in several various industries and previous employers include Thomson Reuters and Bank of America. Matt has a BBA from the University of Cincinnati.
Previous positions held by Matt at Maxwell Group, Inc. since 2010 include Accounting Analyst and Assistant Controller.

Jack began his Technical Support career in 1995, when he found it very expensive to hire someone to repair what he broke. So the learning process began. Jack has 18 years’ experience supporting end users and 10 years’ experience supporting corporate network infrastructure. He holds a BS in MIS from Park University and CompTIA Certifications in A+ and Network+. He has attended Microsoft training courses for MCSA, MCSE and MSDST. He is a USAF certified instructor and loves to teach users about Windows, Office and how to better accomplish the mission.

Network Engineer (Special Projects)
Taylor has studied programming and security at Wofford, and has had experience in everything from data/telecom wiring to building servers and workstations. Prior to joining this team, Taylor was a systems engineer for a South Carolina School District where he honed in on his passion for sharing knowledge. He also was a systems engineer for Dental Physician Offices, picking up key medical practice processes.
Taylor’s years of full-time management of our network makes him the first choice for special projects.
Special Projects, Disaster Recovery Lead
Jim has most recently worked in the field of IT with organizations such as the American Red Cross, Yoh Services, and Surgical Specialist of Charlotte. Prior to his experience in IT, he served as an EMT with Mecklenburg EMS and as a Safety/Security Officer with Detroit Diesel PDC in Canton, Ohio. His calm demeanor makes Jim extremely effective with troubleshooting the technical support needs of users. Jim is CompTIA Certified in A+ and Network+.
